There are two breathtaking remodeled bathrooms; both with the convenience of walk-in showers.  We offer quite the wow factor by our custom made tiki hut entertainment center to give you the full Florida experience, even while sitting on the couch watching TV. The unit also features a completely remodeled kitchen with large bar and open view.

We hate to brag; but our lanai is one of kind featuring marine style seating that anyone would enjoy while sipping their morning coffee enjoying picturesque Intracoastal views.  The lanai doors are high quality sliding glass and the entire area is screened in. If you choose to enjoy the refreshing evening breeze as you drift away in dream land or the sound of morning bird chirps and jumping fish splashes, you may open the doors at your pleasure. While enjoying the lanai, keep an eye out for dolphins saying, "Hello!", as they visit the harbor frequently. If you have, or are looking to rent a boat during your stay, we have deep water boat dock spaces available upon request. Are you a master angler, or just love to fish? There's plenty of places close by to rent fishing tackle. If you take a short walk down the docks towards the Intracoastal waterway, you'll find a newly modeled fishing pier! We recommend taking a peak once the sun goes down, the pier is lighted so you'll be able to see all sorts of marine life, tons of fish, maybe even a stingray!

No need to bring extras; this unit is fully furnished including all linens, towels, kitchenware, beach-towels, easily carried folding chairs and we even a cooler to keep your beverages of choice nice and cool. The best part about our unit is: once you park your vehicle, you will not have to drive again! Looking to feel the sand between your toes and get that sun-kissed glow on your skin? We have deeded access through the Crescent Arms private section of Siesta Key Beach and are permitted to enjoy the luxuries of a not so crowded #1 beach in America! It's just a short walk across the street from the complex. We have one covered car-port and guest parking passes in the unit. There is free trolley transportation up and down the key; with convenient pick-up and drop off right in-front of our complex.

The dining, entertainment and daily adventure possibilities are endless. This unit is located three complexes down from the north bridge opposite end of the village; which allows you to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Siesta Key's unique and eclectic shopping centers and dining areas while while still having the ability to escape after your enjoyment to your own personal slice of paradise. This particular complex is a 55 and up community which guarantees no late night disturbances. You will be just steps away from the clubhouse where you will find the heated pool and spa, sauna, shuffle board, bbq area with outdoor grills (always stocked with propane), Exercise room, common area, library, community herb garden and more! There are always events happening at the complex and you are more then welcome to join in! All events are posted in the clubhouse, cocktail hours, holiday meals, pig roast, just to name a few!
